The LED display module is one of the main components of finished LED screens!
It mainly consists of LEDs, ICs, frames, PCBs, connectors, cables, screws, resistors and capacitors.

1. Indoor LED Module

  • Indoor LED module waterproof grade: IP54

  • Indoor full color brightness 600-1,000cd/㎡

  • Depending on the requirements, it can reach a refresh rate of 1920Hz~R3840Hz

  • The indoor display module has extremely low power consumption, allowing for natural indoor ventilation and heat dissipation.

  • Outdoor LED module waterproof grade : IP65 or IP68

  • Outdoor full colour module 5000-10,000cd/㎡

  • Outdoor display modules consume more power. The higher the current temperature, the higher the power consumption, which results in shorter LED lamp life.

  • The larger the pixel pitch, the lower the power consumption for the same brightness.

  • The module uses a flexible PCB board that greatly enhances its ability to be bent and moulded into a variety of shapes.

  • It can be customised to any shape, including cylindrical screens with high scrubbing performance that can be lifted, mounted, hung, etc.

  • Depending on the requirements, it can reach a refresh rate of 1920Hz~R3840Hz

  • It can achieve single-point maintenance, low maintenance cost, high brightness, low dead light rate, energy saving, seamless splicing.

4. Front And Rear Service LED Module

  • We use superior LED chips such as Nationstar, and Kinglight, ensuring a high refresh rate and standout color uniformity.

  • High reliable SMD3535, SMD2727 and SMD1921 LEDs are used in dual service display modules to ensure high brightness from 5500 – 7500 CD/m2.
  • Easily replace or remove dual service LED modules from the front or back by just one person.

  • Dual-mode maintenance (Front & Rear) LED display panel, saves the maintenance space and time.

GOB LED Screen Module

5.GOB LED Module

  • The most outstanding feature of GOB LEDs is the high level of protection, which effectively protects the display from risks such as water, humidity, UV rays and collisions.

  • It’s easier and cheaper to maintain. In addition, the viewing angle is wider, up to 180 degrees both vertically and horizontally.

  • These LEDs are currently used in small PP LED screens with a pixel pitch of P2.5mm or less, but are also suitable for LED displays with higher pixel pitches.

  • Colour contrast is improved thanks to the matte surface, which increases playback and widens the viewing angle.
